All payments for World of Exam services are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment provider. Users can make payments using available methods on the Razorpay platform, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
To maintain active access to World of Exam services, users are required to complete monthly payments. These payments will recur on the same calendar day each month based on the original subscription start date. Access to the platform will be restricted if payments are not received by the due date.
Any initial discount applied at the start of the subscription is valid only for the first billing cycle. Discounts offered during future billing cycles will apply if available at the time of renewal but are not guaranteed.
World of Exam does not collect, store, or have access to sensitive payment information such as debit or credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs. Razorpay directly handles and safeguards all transaction data according to their own privacy and security policies.
Upon successful payment, users will receive a confirmation email or message on their registered email address and/or phone number. Users are advised to keep these records for future reference.

All transactions on World of Exam are processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Users outside India are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees applied by their financial institution.
World of Exam is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Users are advised to secure their payment credentials and use only secure networks when making transactions. If unauthorized activity is detected, users should immediately contact their financial institution and inform World of Exam’s support team.
For first-time users, a 2-day refund policy applies to the first month of subscription. Users who wish to cancel within the first 2 days of their initial purchase are eligible for a refund by contacting support. This policy applies only to the first subscription month and will not be available for renewals or subsequent months.
Refunds beyond the initial 2-day period may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Requests under these circumstances must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the transaction, with relevant payment details. Refunds for these cases are at the discretion of World of Exam’s support team.
Course Replacement Option: Users may request course replacements, allowing them to switch between available courses as needed. Replacement requests should be directed to replacement@worldofexam.com for processing and approval.
Access Issues: In the event of access issues not resolved by support, World of Exam may offer alternative access or equivalent course options at no additional charge.
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. World of Exam is not responsible for additional processing time required by financial institutions.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings; however, no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions. Access to the platform remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
World of Exam reserves the right to update or modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications, and updated terms will be available on our website.
